International Shipping:
- We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they have been handed over to the carrier.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before contacting us.
Returns & Exchanges:
- We accept returns within 15 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
